Sending Your Inclusions

Thank you for trusting me to create your special keepsake jewellery. Every inclusion received is handled with the utmost care, respect, and love throughout the entire creation process.

Please carefully read the following instructions before sending your inclusions:

• Ashes, breast milk, pet fur, whiskers, hair, and other sentimental inclusions should be securely packaged in sealed sample pots, grip-seal bags, or other leak-proof containers.
• All inclusions should then be placed inside a second sealed bag for additional protection in case of leakage or damage during transit.
• Approximately 1–2 teaspoons of ashes are required. Any unused ashes will be carefully returned with your finished jewellery.
• For pet fur, whiskers, hair, or similar inclusions, please send a small amount securely wrapped or sealed to prevent movement during postage.
• Please ensure your name and order number are included clearly inside the parcel so your loved one’s inclusions can be correctly identified upon arrival.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the correct postage when sending inclusions. I strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for delivery service to ensure your precious items arrive safely.

It is also recommended that you select the tracked and signed-for delivery option at checkout when purchasing your jewellery, so your completed memorial piece can be safely returned to you.

While every care is taken once your inclusions arrive, I cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit.
