Every inclusion received is handled with the utmost care, respect, and love throughout the entire creation process.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003ePlease carefully read the following instructions before sending your inclusions:\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAshes, breast milk, pet fur, whiskers, hair, and other sentimental inclusions should be securely packaged in sealed sample pots, grip-seal bags, or other leak-proof containers.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAll inclusions should then be placed inside a second sealed bag for additional protection in case of leakage or damage during transit.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cspan\u003eApproximately \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e1–2 teaspoons of ashes\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e are required. Any unused ashes will be carefully returned with your finished jewellery.\u003c\/span\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eFor pet fur, whiskers, hair, or similar inclusions, please send a small amount securely wrapped or sealed to prevent movement during postage.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cspan\u003ePlease ensure your \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003ename and order number\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e are included clearly inside the parcel so your loved one’s inclusions can be correctly identified upon arrival.\u003c\/span\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eCustomers are responsible for arranging and paying for the correct postage when sending inclusions.
